  • Head to our salon Instagram and under the “how to book” tab you will find your preferred stylist’s information or you can click here!

  • Extensions are not a one size fit all! In order for us to give you a quote and book your appointment for extensions, you must book a consultation with your preferred stylist. Please keep in mind prices vary depending on stylist!

  • Credit cards are required upon booking. We understand that this may not be suitable for everyone, if you have any questions please contact the salon.

  • -You will receive a confirmation text from us about your scheduled service. If you wish to cancel/change your service, please do so within 48 hours.

    -If you cancel/change your service with less than a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

    -No show’s, changes to your service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge.

    -Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment may result in us having to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. We completely understand that emergencies happen and will be glad to discuss that with you if needed.

  • We LOVE to take before and after pictures and we definitely have fun with it! Please keep in mind that your makeup and outfit will make all the difference (although please don’t feel obligated to do anything!). Pictures look best if you are wearing neutral colors and minimal graphics/patterns! *Please do not wear anything you are concerned about ruining, as we are not liable for your clothing due to water, color, etc. You are more than welcome to change your clothing in the salon for pictures if you desire!

  • Your color will ALWAYS do best on clean hair! If available, use a clarifying shampoo prior to your appointment.

  • We love hearing about your family, friends and children, but our space is not suitable for children and we do not have extra seating availability for friends and family. Please do not bring anyone to your appointment, doing so may result in us having to reschedule

  • All stylists have the right to decline a service if they do not feel comfortable performing, or if they feel it will not be a proper fit.

  • We are all about team work and teaching, so please keep in mind that there might be other stylists helping during your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to let us know!

  • We take pride in our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair please contact the salon within 7 days. If appropriate, we can schedule a redo, after assessing the situation. We do not offer refunds on any services.
